Rankin will turn out to be a good signing for Hull.
He is also turning out to be a very good goalkicker which seems to have gone unnoticed

Spot on!! Not only is he a good goalkicker but he plays with more passion than many of the locals.

Would definitely be looking to keep hold of Rankin. If we didn't I wouldn't be surprised if a big club picked him up. Has great potential imo.
As for Kear he's rumoured to be signing with KR along with or Daryll Millard.

Just to clarify, I wasn't suggesting we get rid of Rankin. Just speculating on who may be leaving in the half back department. Out of Rankin, Horne and Miller it's Rankin who I'd definitely keep as like a lot of you I think he's got a lot of potential.

Rankin is more of a fullback than a 6 or 7. I hope we'll keep hold of him for a lot of reasons but competition with Shaul is a good one.

So it looks like Rankin, Lineham, Green and Crooks (at least for next season) are staying.

Rumours are centre is dane Nielsen and backrow is Frank Pritchard ( although can't see the last one).

Add Taylor to this and we will have a cracking squad next year.*

Dane Nielsen is having a poor season compared to what he was doing at Melbourne. He's also apparently one of the top earners at NZ. Can't see him coming to Hull.

Certainly plenty of hints in there to him coming to Hull, although could be all a bit of banter. Would be amazing if this came off as he is exactly the type of backrower we need.

I spent 3 days in a fiji "shanty" town. Got well spaced on that stuff, I don't even know what it is but they all sat round drinking it. Sadly they were mixing it with local water and to say I was badly after those 3 days is an understatement, I thought I was going to die.
