| Not sure whether discussed already but I was pleasantly surprised by the attendance - felt like a good gate and announced as over 10k for not the most glamorous fixture (no offence intended) and on the back of a big loss. I've always liked Saturday as game day - maybe more weekend fixtures will help the number of walk ups.

No, only Sneyd got binned. He was put on report, wasn't really sure what for at the time. Got a bit worried when he called Griffin across too!

I was really surprised when they announced 10k!
Hopefully an upturn in home form can see us sustain and improve of that figure

A good crowd on Saturday but even more pleasing is that the larger crowd at last went home happy and enjoyed the afternoons game which can only be a huge positive in enticing fans to come back. Need to carry on and show that it wasn't just a flash in the pan performance and perform consistently.

Me too! Nevertheless it was great to put in such a complete performance and see fans smiling after having to witness some horror shows in recent seasons.

West Stand looked fuller than in seasons gone by - part of the push on families?

I think it was a deliberate elbow drop on Connor by Sneyd , Griffin’s acting captain so perhaps explaining his involvement, I’ve not seen the incident again, but in the moment, I thought a red card was coming.

My bad then, I'd had a few but not too many, I thought Sneyd was going to get sent off, but I'm glad he didn't - don't think he likes Jake though, which could explain a few things! We have to be favourite against Cas now with Watts copping a ban, Faraimo got 2 games, which ironically strengthens them when they call up Eden, a lot faster and defensively about the same, just pepper his wing with kicks and he'll do the rest- hopefully!

| Sneyd and Connor were at it all game. I said to a friend there's definitely some needle there, Connor made a comment about gale coming in saying we've got proper leadership now. Guessing they didn't get on.
And he kept rubbing Connors face in the tackles, then dropped on him with his forearm to the face, when connor was prone on the floor, bit cowardly from Sneyd deserved a yellow.

| Is it unusual that Hull FC Live don't have any content up at all relating to the Salford game?

| Disciplinary notes on Sneyd;
"Player promotes forearm into the face and keeps arm in the face"
Decision: No charge
Turns out forearming somebody in the face isn't worthy of a ban.

Still not seen it again, but this happened directly opposite us in the East stand, I thought at the time it was deliberate, and was expecting a red card. It will be interesting to see this match and this incident again.

| Quote: mosher "Outstanding performance and how great are these weekend afternoon games?. I can tell you it makes the drive over from Leeds so much easier than the struggle with the rush hour on a thu/fri night. Loved hearing this young kids in the West Stand chanting Hull FC Hull FC Hull FC just before the final whistle. Thats how you rebuild your fan base, weekend games and get the kids hooked for life.
Back to the rugby, obvs Snake and Grub were outstanding, however really pleased to see Bowden having a decent dig. Scott had his best game so far before the injury. Darnell looked great and overall a solid performance. As others have said all done with a stack of players sat in the stands, I won't get carried away but very promising. Picked up my Cas tickets and am joining the Prawn sandwich brigade for the Rhino's game, back in the directors suite again. Now what to choose from the menu?
DIRECTORS SUITE MENU
Selection Of Canapes
*
Beetroot Cured Gravadlax Horseradish Sour Cream, Chive Oil, Beetroot Gel Suggested Wine Pairing
Mosher arrange for one of those selection of Canopes, to be stuck on the umbrella end
