I agreed earlier on with not a bad game, but I think very good is overdoing it, personally. Worked hard as ever, but not at his best and when you add in the errors and penalties he was no better than a few others.

Was like shelling peas,the usual bad behaved rovers fans thowing at the official and rovers players losing the plot.

Hope Lineham is okay

He got through loads of defence when he was playing through the middle, set up an important try at an important time, and plugged a gap that no one else in the 17 could have plugged. And he scored a try of his own. Thought the first penalty was harsh, too.

Good win, feared the worst at half time as we looked very average but much improved 2nd half. Looking at the remaining fixtures the 9th spot has got the Dobbins name written all over it.

As I say, he did work hard, but so did others in defence. He also offloaded a few times. The try setup & plugging a gap he did very well, but whilst in the forwards I did think that he was quite sloppy at times. He also got fair warning from Thaler for the penalty and didn't let go, his own fault.

Like I say, didn't have a bad game, but very good is an exaggeration. You said yourself that our forwards were being dominated to stop the halfbacks from playing and he was part of that pack without IMO looking much (if any) better than most of them.

Miller so got under Burns skin in that one.
