If we want to be a top four club then we cannot sign the top four clubs cast offs. If he was still in form and at the top of his game then Leeds would keep him. Would Saints, Wigan and Wire fans want him on a one year deal. Doubt it. Keith is a legend but with all due respect he should hang up his boots and enjoy life away from playing RL.

If moa goes and we retain lauaki it would be laughable. If he goes because he gets a better offer elsewhere then fair enough but lauaki is no replacement. Maybe this is why we're trying to get obst off quota so we can sign an overseas replacement for moa?

No chance, he needs another couple of years before we will sign him

Its not as daft as it sounds as we have one overseas quota spot vacant haven't filled it this season.

David Hodgson would be a good replacement for Will Sharp I'm astounded we're letting him go, we tried for Sharp but having seen him at the KC against us glad you got him.

but if gleeson inst here next year then do we go into next season with whiting and turner as centres i bloody hope not, with all the best english centres signed up and no good ones occ then we may have to look at senior on a 1 year deal but hopefully gleeson recovers and is a hull fc player in 2012

At present I can see this one happening, would be a big loss to lose Moa as I think he has improved massively and is still young and could be one of the top props in SL for years to come.

Would have thought if the club would have had it all signed and sealed by now if he was staying to be honest. Hopefully its just another rumour and only that. Plus look at Huddersfield and their seeming desire and ambition and then compare it to that of Hulls as we just seem happy to plod along and make 8th.

They must have been out and about offering pre-contracts again, hopefully it will fall through like the last two did!!!!

I hope that you are right Wolfie, like Mrs B. I am getting a little concerned with regard to the situation concerning Sam Moa and Mark O'Meley. I would like to know one way or the other and sooner rather than later, what is going to happen with these two players.
