u got a cracking player there, good bloke, good all round player. hope he dont fall into longys group and get ruined, but if agar can keep him moving forward going to be one of the best fullback/ in the game

He has been working under an FC funded trainer in Oz for a wee while now and his report is exemplary by all accounts, and been training with a lower div team too so maybe up to speed

as nothing better to get him up to speed than playing with a lower division team

im absolutely gutted we didnt keep him, n kept that donkey gleeson n pryce the biggest waste of space.

Nah, his tackling is too dodgy for him to be a centre. Fullback utilises his strengths from being a HB, him coming into the line as a third reciever is a very good weapon.

I'd consider him a poor man Brett Hodgson - good passer, has a kicking game, not the best tackler. Phelps is maybe a little more suspect under the high ball as well, but he will always give 100%.

If he was english we'd probably have kept him, but I think there's definately more potential in Charnley/Marsh to warrant not giving him a new contract.
