Cameron is just a front man. The real power behind the Tories resides where it always has, and their policies and objectives haven't changed one bit. They will favour the rich and powerful, and the rest of us will be hung out to dry.

Nobody voted for any one to be PM. If anyone thought otherwise then it's their hard luck for not understanding how democracy works in the UK.

I don't like Brown and I think he's a rubbish PM, but he has as much right to the office as anyone else who's ever filled it.

You are also incredibly naive if you think that there are no rich and powerful people left in the UK, nor vested interests dedicated to making their lives even better at the expense of everyone else. And ALL political parties chase after 'middle England' for votes. That's where all the swing voters are.

Some of the stuff that the Conservatives did will not be reversed in my lifetime, if at all. They did that much damage. You have them to thank for us becoming a service economy dependent on Bankers for a start. The fact that Nu Labour have been a bit crap doesn't excuse what the Tories did last time around, or mean that the country will be any better off under Call Me Dave.

As you know, I'm also not nooo labour's biggest fan but having consciously lived under McMillan, Douglas-Home, Heath, Thatcher & Major. I'd much rather be relatively screwed than completely screwed.
