So he can join Leeds in 2010, it has been written in his 4 yr contract if he is sucessful with his visa he can leave and go to Leeds in 2010

The difference between Crocker and Eastwood is that Crocker re-applied for his visa (hence the 25 day guideline) and Eastwood appealed his visa rejection and this can take upto 6 months i believe.

Didnt Crocker fill his application in online, therefore not including all the necessary testimonies from Hull FC, Melbourne and local MP's etc that would have compensated for his affray charge?
