It was the correct decision within the current rules. As a RL fan of 20 odd years I still find it hard to explain to people new to the game why dangerous play is often only a penalty but holding down can be 10 mins off the pitch though. That is another debate though.

Superb display from all of the players. We played with lots of freedom in attack which was great to see and seemed highly motivated.

Imo it was a penalty for a dangerous tackle but I don't think it was seymours intention. He put in the hit and momentum took his legs above the horizontal. A few more degrees and possibly a bad injury, but thankfully not.
Can understand crookes reaction but also seymours.

Good perfromance by us. Thought Westerman was immense as was Lynch, Houghton and O'Meley was pretty good too. What was Rovers thinking letting Watts goo, the guy is fantastic and if he keeps this up will play for England no problem.

As for Bradford, well what a joke performance. Elima just going for penalties all the time but worst of all was Diskin who looked MASSIVE and was clearly narked that Houghton was a million times better than him so tried being the big man but always came off worse

Worked out Ok, still think we should have an 18th man fresh though, has we played a better team it could have backfired.

I think Crookes should be at Red Hall next week for going in with his knees on Mcgoldrick after he'd already been tackled. Mcgoldrick seemed to been trying to tell Thaler that's why he was having to leave the game.
As for Seymours tackle nothing really in it as he as was dped clearly on his back but Thaler rightly called it I thinkpurely as Crookes momentum put his legs higher but no intent for me.

Looking like last night's win has secured sixth. Huddersfield losing 40-6.
A home draw against Huddersfield in the play offs it seems. A good chance to progress.
