Believe me I would love him to be a success but I am sick of seeing lazy players in defence.
At this stage I can’t believe it’s fitness but more about attitude with him. Get that right and he could be devastating? |

Why take a long shot on Pele ?
He mentally can’t see the opportunity in front of him !!
We are in a renaissance and don’t need
Quota players who can’t decide if they want to defend

There's definitely something about him so I would give him a run a games to prove himself. If he doesn't then he will be released. |

I think my biggest concern with Pele is whether he actually has the desire and attitude to get into shape. I agree with others that he's got potential but it's really down to him now.

We can keep Pele and go with Chamberlain and Hardraker as our centres or we can release him and sign an overseas centre.
Not why this is even a debate, if its possible it's a no brainer.

Both were 23, wasn't as bad as Pele, I'm fact Pele played a lot more NRL than games than Moa, when they both signed for Hull.
Don't remember Moa getting loaned out. |

we certainlyl need what we call a strike centre who has some pace.
Running with Hardaker and Chamberlain for two seasons is a joke |

We had two strike centres in Griffin and Yeaman and all you need was moan about them.
Pace isn't that important as long as you have players backing up if you make a break, Lafai isn't particularly fast for example, but he breaks at Salford he has someone on his shoulder.

On one hand you've got people saying don't keep Okunbor despite him looking good in a video at Bradford, but then people arguing Pele should be kept because he looks good in a video playing for York.

If we could just release them they’d have been gone already. I have no idea what contracts they are on but surprisingly Okunbor had notched up a respectable amount of NRL appearances and with the NRL having a quite substantial minimum wage you’d imagine he’ll be on a decent contract. At very least more than any championship club could likely afford. |

We haven't sent Pele, tindall and okunbor to championship sides because we see them as options for us going forward. All 3 will be gone next year.
