What great expectations did people have, especially as he was behind a 17 year old in the pecking order at his previous club?

Difficult to say everyone was but plenty of pictures of a large group of people sat in a room listening to radford and pearson. I see no reason why the club would get some players in and not others

In HDM only Michaels and Westerman missing. Would be poor to have one start date for British players with no post training treatment/play through pain tests, then let the overseas ones sneak in in dribs and drabs. Could create resentment, different rules and so on.

Westerman wasn't as he's good enough to be an international.

Back on topic it's a shame Miller didn't work out. I saw glimpses but not enough and he was clearly not in Radford's plans. Good luck to him
