Take loads from the game mate. The players gave their all, without Horne,Fitz,Tickle, Hame,Briscoe plus Long injured halfway through the game, against a good Warrington side. This is a marked improvement on last season.
But keep getting your digs in if it makes you happy.

| one thing did surprise me, given the pre match hype about the forward packs it was a pretty clean game, with no pens for foul play i think.
mind you might have been different had westwood and lauaki played

| Quote: Tezzerwolf "Good hits are usually the ones that affect the receivers performance, i.e. the Morley hit on Crabtree at Wembley, when Crabtree had to leave the field straight after. I think it was Manu (who had a good game today by the way) who put a big hit on Monaghan, but he got straight back up and played the ball.
fair play to monaghan, the guys awesome.......i thought he had killed him.

Warrington fans failing to be gracious in victory.
Who'd a thunk it?

That was the most spectacular, but the one Manu put on Mathers when he was returning a kick was hard aswell. Mathers was keeled over trying to get his breath back after he had played the ball. Manu really did have a very good game when you put into context the fact that he played 60 minutes on Friday and backed it up with that. Even with just minutes to go he was still lauching himself into every tackle. More of the same please Willie.

| Moa's hit on Monaghan was pick of the bunch closely followed by Manu's on Mathers just after he spilled the ball, most likely as he caught sight Manu steaming in.
Some good hits from both sides, think both sides will feel it today.

| Quote: Chris71 "Some good hits from both sides'" Good job Anderson missed on his flying out on Burnett which he tried a couple of times.
Was it me or did Morley seem to be deliberatly running away from O'Meley, dont think he got tackled by him once all game.
Ben Harrison is a absolute tank for them and should be playing for England at the end of the year.
