radford and tickle are defo starters!! agar hasn't the balls to drop them,especially radford who seems to think he's imune from the axe!!!!

No chance, it is proven now he talks garbage..he came out with it at kr last year (A clear out), he has gone public saying senior players are not performing and indicating players are back (manu & Horne) and what does he do nothing!! of course we must trust him, the spineless donkey

Thats a load of rubbish regarding orders from above, the fact of the matter is Agar needs to grow a set, realise he is now the head coach not the assistant and stop worrying about upsetting senior players.

Its becoming obvious he hasn't the balls to dictate to the team how it is going to be as the head coach. Its no good him spouting cr@p in the media as to how some seniors player will be dropped but then do feck all, must have been one hell of a dressing down he gave them at have time I must say. Agar is making himself a joke, how are the players going to react to his next threat? laugh their bl00dy socks off.

He is simply out of his depths as even with the problems we have injuries, visa problems etc he is simply not good enough to be able to maximise what he has, lets face it the players we have although not fantasic throughout certainly are capable of a lot more but Agar is just clueless as to how to get them to show it at all.

I have now lost just about all faith in Agar and Co.

Maybe if he was self consciously satisfied with his own input he would feel more confident about dropping players. I can’t see any evidence of a game plan or tactics whatsoever, the players look as though they are desperate to be ‘coached’.

Maybe Maloney should take a leaf out of Fuifui Moimoi's book, and say that he'll only train for 10 minutes if that's all he'll play.

Thorman's done alright in the last 2 games and he shouldn't be axed for his last few performances.

Why even come out with threats of dropping players if its not gonna happen?

I've been prepared to give Agar/Sharp time but they obviously have no idea, no authority, no motivational skills, no respect, no game plans other than 5 drives and a kick, no desire to shake things up at the club & no balls to make the tough calls

The way the players are playing they obviously don't support the coach otherwise they'd try to stop him getting the boot, which must surely only be a matter of time.

So if you were Agar and your job/reputation was on the line would you put your trust in the same players who have let you down week in week out?

No you wouldn't, well I wouldn't, Drop half a dozen of them, play the u21's, then if you get hammered and the board question the result tell them the players are out of line and need sorting, the board then make a decision whether to support you or not. But at least you could go out fighting your own corner.

The way things are it seems Agar is happy to hide behind previous poor recruitment and wait til next year and let the players do what they want............we need a coach not a puppet for the senior players at the club.
