I don't think the Allams would have been too happy when they found out Sir Adam had been emailing City fans asking them to attend our matches, that's maybe the reason he got sacked

How in Hell's name can they possibly have the authority to tell him any such thing? If they've used their ownership of the SMC to effectively bar him from the stadium then that's a clear abuse of power. I sincerely hope he's getting his lawyers involved right now.

I don’t see how it is any different than getting spam letters/emails/phone calls from ambulance chasers.

Seen it done before, had calls at work to ask if i wanted to use corporate facilites at Craven Park.

I don't see the issue with them receiving an Hull City e-mail with details on about events at the KC stadium. Why is it a data protection issue? Its from Hull City who own the SMC to their own database about an SMC event. They also get details on other events a the KC is that Adams fault. Also with the user agreement we have every extra fan at the KC bought in half of there cash to City.

this is an excuse for the sacking of Adam, the Allams have always maintained that they have no allegiances to any of the hull clubs and they wish to see hull excel as a sporting city. do they expect this to become a reality without any crossover support? or is it all yet more tosh from the jumped up money men.

Absolutely - if they use this as an excuse for the termination of Adam's contract they can expect some serious accusations of hypocrisy.
