I do think no second rowers is penalising us, really need some soecialist players in that position. Knight was solid since coming but today I have no words. That said we was behind the 8 ball way before that.
I dont understand not having Balmforth on the bench, if I was to be critical of Carty I find some of his bench choices baffling at times. I think Balmforth would have added something in the last quarter.
I've said for a few weeks I dont think Knight has been as good as people have made out, defensively OK, runs hard. Lucky not to get binned at Cas, so discipline isn't great. I think we could get better if we get a quota spot. If we want to be ambitious, looking for someone of Amone quality who is streets ahead of Knight.

| I think most of us felt a lot of trepidation with this one. We were proved right unfortunately.

Also unbelievable tackle for Flaggan on Cust, we score there we win the game.
He is going to be an unbelievable player.
If Cust scores we go in 12-8 up at the break with a man advantage for a few more minutes at the start of the second half. More importantly those two minutes of madness, which followed the Cust no-try, don't happen. Think, in that scenario, we settle down a little after the break and most likely grind out a win. But that's all ifs and buts unfortunately. Really brassed off with how the afternoon has panned out.

Possibly but with Barron going off after half an hour, we'd have had a problem. Briscoe was a straight swap. It worked out, bit I don't think you can carry a winger or even a back in case you get injuries, very few teams do that. AB isn't a 80 minute hooker, he wont scoot if he plays too long minutes, I'm not sure he took more than 1 run today.

| Only saw the red card at end of match as was out and only got back for 2nd half…we looked totally gassed. Was suprised Balmforth wasn’t on bench but thought Cust may have gone to 9 and Pryce 6 but maybe Barron going off stopped that.Honeymoon period defo over and now a test for Carty to get it bk on track but we desperately need 2nd rowers back or in.i much prefer Rapana at FB but where do we put Pryce as Cust is playing out of his skin atm.Nice to see the armchair coaches coming out and questioning Carty

| What happens to us come Magic Weekend?
We often play poorly there and today was amongst the worst.
We have some of the dumbest players around who either don’t know the rules or are unable to keep their discipline.
Again we started thinking the game was won before it kicked off?
Lots to work on over the next 2 weeks.
Did Eseh not come back on because of his yellow card?

| Rapana and Pryce are both very much rocks and diamond type players, we just need less of the rocks from both players

| Words fail me, hudds are crap which shows how bad we were. They need to be back in training every day until the next game after that relearning the basics of rugby league.
We desperately need to do something about our back row situation, there's no size or threat out there whatsoever, we need to get someone in ASAP.

| As for Knight, think people have got carried away with him…I wouldn’t offer him a deal even before today…Ashworth yes and go looking for another English prop or Sao if ruling comes in right….this maybe left field as well…I love Ayadins work rate but think he too light to have a impact

| Carty is big on his disapline so Eseh probably payed the price for his indisapline, we could be looking at replacing Knight also with another player with some brains.
