Long wasn't charged for the sin binning, in fact reading the verdict they are tacitly admitting he was harshly treated by it. Then again what they describe as a high and late challenge by Apsinwall was considered worthy of no further action.

Exactly. As soon as you read that you know the system is in disrepute anyway. As has been stated Long will probably get the max ban possible.
