If Purdham is leaving quins, he would be a very good signing and would partly solve our props problem if we had him as our first choice 13. Surely he'd be interested in us if he's talking to Wakefield.

Part of the reason he's in these supposed talks is to be nearer his family so maybe Wakey appeals more in that sense. |

Why would Wakefield be closer to Cumbria than Hull is ?? There's nothing in it hardly. |

It was just a thought, an hour or so's drive in the difference, could make a difference to him. Wrong end of his career for me anyway and I wouldn't be too keen. |
