| Quote: Mrs Barista "They were offside a few times which went unpenalised. However, we got more than our fair share of decisions in the first half IMO and scored from them. We also had 2 very good opportunities to score in the first 3 minutes of the second half and bombed them through individual errors. Childs just compounded our own poor decision-making and discipline, he wasn't the primary reason for our loss.'"
Not the deciding factor I agree but no way were Hudds as squeaky clean as that penalty count suggests especially when using the standards Childs was setting when penalising us. We shouldn't need to rely on penalties but a couple of back to back penalties in our favour and I genuinely the momentum would have swung back in our favour. As it was Hudds just had all the territory and all the ball which gave us no chance. I'm not sure many teams could have held off hudds on the back of all that possesion.

| I know he coming back from injury but for me lauaki is still not doing a lot for me - his defnce isn't great and apart from the saints game haven't seen a lot to impress me . Before anyone says I'm not blaming him for todays game we just made silly decisions with the ball in the 2nd half

Fair enough - but IMO we had more than one dubious call in our favour in the first half. The turning point for me was the opening of the second half when we bombed great field position twice in 3 minutes. We said at half time that Huddersfield would get more decisions in the 2nd half, just because things tend to even out. Maybe the swing was more extreme but I thought we were architects of our own downfall with brain-farts when in possession and sloppy discipline.

I'm trying to think of these dubious calls in our favour? What was the penalty count in the first half?
