The problem being that theres a real risk that some people will read that and believe it could ever happening without have the forsight to think about the risks and issues associated with it. |

I was really glad when I saw cod'ead had posted the link, I'd read it before (all of it) to give me opinions some basis when I had a long debate with a group of people about the BNP but reading it again just makes you laugh, I am no fan of any political party, but this lot really are not an option, at ANY level. |

Don't agree with this. They are not a legitimate protest vote unless you're a racist. If you want to give the three main parties the finger you could vote Green, Miss UK or Monster Raving Loony if you want to. If you vote BNP you are doing so for one reason and one reason only - because you are knuckle-dragging scum. |

Or just dumb. A lot of dumb people see the BNP stuff and think 'white britain' is the answer because they believe the spin.
Doesnt mean people are racist, just that they are dumb and easily lead in some instances. |

Dumb is too mild an adjective.
Terminally, thick-as-a-plank stupid may be more apt. Especially given that the vast majority of those supporting the BNP would struggle to read the manifesto, let alone comprehend the garbage it contains.
What are the odds on the BNP producing a Dandy/Beano or even Razzle style of pamphlet, just to better connect with their core support? |

I'm not sure stupidity is an adequate excuse. I've had a BNP leaflet through my door and it was laughably transparent. It might as well have said "Vote BNP or get raped and killed in your own bed by a knife-wielding darky". You'd have to be beyond stupid not to know what they stand for at least.

The BNP's European Election leaflet was outed as being a complete fraud (as is the party itself, of course). The pictures of an elderly couple, three blue collar workers and a doctor were taken from an international photo agency and nobody featured on the leaflet were even British.
