| Quote: Willa "paying £15 extra when you can save up over 3 months and still get your pass at the same time does not sound like a good option for someone on a budget.
If anyone feels that they cannot save, give your money to me each month and I'll only charge a tenner

The stamp scheme is great for 2011 passes and something i will probably make full use of, putting £10 on each home game would mean only having to find half of the cash for the renewal at the end of the coming seaon.
I assume these could also be used to buy tickets for Murrayfield etc??

“We will not accept a top eight finish as a barometer of supposed success at any point in the future whilst I am the owner of this club." Adam Pearson, FC Website 23-09-2011: |

Thus giving families an extra couple of months for it and still get the pass at a discount.
I guess a few will take it up simply because they wont be able to afford the cash in the run up to xmas.'"
fair point

would you as a travelling fan prefer to pay £21 at Hull, sitting in a seat, covered from the rain if it is raining etc.
Or
£20 at Rovers to sit in a golf stand?
Or
Between £18-£23 to watch at the brewery field??'"
A couple you missed
£15 at Wigan
£18 at Udders

| There are always a couple of cheap places to visit, but at the end of the day i doubt an extra couple of quid is really enough to deter travelling supporters.
I think the fact we have been poor for 2 years has been a big contributing factor along with the credit crunch this season and friday night games.

Exactly the reason we will be using the DD scheme. We have a rough few months what with Xmas, MOT and Tax on our car and the usual pre Xmas stuff whereas January & February and very quiet months for us financially.
It'll be an extra £20 on top for our 2 passes which is less than if we wait until we can afford it in February and miss out on the discount period.

I can't answer that as it totally depends on what each month throws our way.

The problem with stamps is it limits your options, if you have a complex financial position and a sudden emergency come up you need cash, not saving stamps for FC.

Exactly, however I would like to think that we will be in a position to save a little each month after March. If nothing does crop up, like the oven which has decided not to stay on so we need a new one, then we will hopefully have enough to buy at least one straight away then the other one before the end on 2010.
