Quote: Wes Hooligan "Don't be fooled by the comments of some idiotic Huddersfield fans, Thorman is an excellent player and a very good signing.'"

Speaking as a neutral I cannot say I rate Thorman. Not done much last couple of seasons.

Quote: Durham Giant "No Thorman was playing at Full back. when he went to SO everything got better. He was an automatic pick at 6

We are linked with THREE top players from down under and NONE of them are stand offs. If they all come off i can see us been in the top 3 next year and that is no exaggeration I can only assume that they are looking at playing Carney at 6 or possibly Brett Hodgson'"

Why are we giving him another chance?

Good job its a 1Yr deal!'"

Quote: A unknown superstar "Orford wouldn't be my first choice either. Just with him been out of contrct end of next year.'"

Don't think were ever going to get first choice for anyone. Orford would be an excellent signing, from that list though I think Fein, Head & Kimmorley are more likely. Knowing hull they'll sign an ageing Kimmorly on a 5 year deal

If we're feeling that forgiving, we should have got Paul Cooke - he's got a decent kicking game icon_lol.gif

IMHO - Thorman has a better kicking game than Horne.

Where did I suggest it'd solve all his problems? Even if we only get 4 or 5 more games out of him next year he is worth keeping on as we've looked an immeasurably better side with him on the field.

Wouldn't sign none of them at all tbh Kimmorley like you said he's an old git, Head been there a no no. and Fien don't rate him as a 7.

Quote: Digby "He's a "current" SOO and Aussie International. He's scores quite high on the pecking order.'"

Its tough to explain becuase people will take it out of context, but so were Micheal De Vere and Chris Mckenna when they came over, im not directly comparing Crocker to these two by the way just the way that these were two players who people were disappointed with becuase they were expected to be something that there not, I can aprriciate the impact Crocker will have on the culture of the club and the attitude of the players on the field, and he does thave a real qaulity about him aswell but he wont have a massive impact in changing the attacking fortunes of one of the worst attacking teams in the league, players who could have the potential to do this would be in higher demand.
