AP has plenty of money, wether we have cap space or not I do not pretend to know. We need a prop and a half back before we need a winger IMHO.

I agree with you about prop/HB 1st but we still need a winger to replace TB, and i heard from a very good source cockend is been monitored, i dont like his off-field antics but i rate him as a winger, and unless AP & co find a gem in the RLWC or theres another Lineham in the youth system, what is the end result? Why say that? hes just got a 5 year deal thats some deal to say theyve got Hall/BJB and briscoes younger sibling + a decent youth production, but carry on slating him, did you ever applaud him when he scored or when he stop KR in the last minute from winning??? phoney tony!!

We have been formally accredited as the fourth best academy this season. There will be only one academy in Hull and we believe it will be run by Hull FC."

In regards to the Academy structure, it's does confuse me somewhat! So do Hull effectively take over Hull KR's academy? Will Hull have the pick of youngsters through the academy?

We have a lot of youngsters in the city, surely having one full time academy will lower the numbers making it through to Superleague?

Is this not just the top tier? Surely they're not going to just have 8 squads of youngsters in the whole country affiliated to the pro ranks?

That would be as stupid as starting a season not knowing what division you'll end the season in
