I doubt they'll be going into London, the team hotel will be North or West of London (at a guess, somewhere around Egham) but congestion starts around Northampton, so an earlier set off would have been better

Seem to remember hearing that the area around Junction 8 of the M6 is the busiest stretch of motorway in Europe - but don't hold me to that, mind!
