Quote Jake the Peg="Jake the Peg"You're the one who is the number cruncher, why do you need me to tell you the obvious.
Does mean that wigan have let a 30 something player go though as saints did with long, sydney with fitzgibbon and maybe saints with meli.
Have you finished researching the answer to my question yet?'"
It took me ages to do that age thing. Do your own research, as I'm still not sure what you're trying to prove. If we get rid of Cusack and sign Murphy we have the youngest squad of the current top 5 and the fewest 30+. Why does it matter who signed them when? Senior is 34 and is doing fine for Leeds. They seem happy enough with him, yet if we had signed him last year, you would have been screeching indignantly about us signing geriatrics, despite us having a relatively young squad. For all your examples, we have signed 3 Briscoes, Turner, Tansey, Tickle at 23, Dowes at 22, Moa at 22, Whiting at 18, and in the current squad have Yeaman, Hall, Horne, Washbrook, Burnett, Houghton and Lyne as products of our academy. Quite how the shape of our squad is fundamentally more biased to hasbeen older players than other teams as you suggest is baffling. Give it up, and get back to relentless negativity and slating Agar for the sake of it, as you're getting nowhere on this point.
