| On a bit of tangent...
The occasional fight amongst Leicester Tigers RUFC players, down here, seems to be regarded by their fans as a sign that training is proceeding with the proper intensity. 
Depends on the circumstances, of course, but even the worst versions of what has happened with Burnett and Lee, 'reported' on here make it sound like something that could have been dealt with discreetly. |

Sounds like this has been blown out of proportion a bit. That said if it happened in public the night before then it does make the matter slightly different. I would imagine Lee will be shown the door and Burnett to stay but with a warning like Radford got last year.

Im sorry.
I dont care what people think, i dont care if people regard it as normal people doing normal things - THEY ARE NOT!
If i have a disagreement at work i dont go round smashing people.
These are paid professionals paid to represent a team. And in their line of business they are also role models and ambassadors for the community.
With that in mind, they undertake this job knowing the reponsibilities it carries with it.
Tommy Lee is a Hessle lad - he should know better.
Lee Radford - captain - should know better.
Absolutely appalled. Truly.
Fighting is a the bitches way out.
Couple of school girls in a playground pulling hair.
But fighting is not the actions of fully grown men in a public place.

If Fitzgibbon is shaking his head it will be because we can't compete with the Australians off the field any more than we can on it when it comes to off field discipline.

yes, too many people want to believe the worst about Tommy and he may have one or two problems at times, but there are others with far worse that seem to get away with it. Time after time after time
