Yep just like Kear and Sharpe did, the players though seem to be able to carry on regardless.

Offer some one enough and you have a chance at getting them! However, sack a coach so soon during the season that may put some coaches off!

I'm not saying he should go. I've said earlier in this thread (or maybe one of the other 'Agar Out threads!) that he should be given to the end of the season unless a top quality coach becomes available before then.

I've also said that you can't lay all the blame at Agar's door. That being said, he doesn't seem to have much idea.

unfortunately we can not sack all the players but we can change the coach, it is the pitfall of management

I personally think he is out of his depth and was a cheap option but, I would let Agar continue until the end of the season and judge him then.

If by then things haven't improved sufficiently, then we will have time to go and finally get a coach with experience at the top level.

Also we may be able to get a half back of similar quality.

You seem to forget that we just put 22 points past a very confident and clinical saints team. Not many teams have managed to do that. We just need to get a win and gain more confidence. Maloney sounds a great player just what we need.

Getting rid of Agar is not the anwer. We need to cut out the mistakes and work on our defence - thought that was down to Jon Sharpe?!?!?!

The fact that Maloney stood out today shows that our attitude and enthusiasm is still not what it was at start of the season. Not a criticism of Maloney, but he hasn't previously stood out.
