Radford has the same reasons as Cummings, Poaching, Lowes, Anderson, Harris and Hay and they have all done quite well.
The heach coach is the one that counts, the assistants are largely footmen. |

Yeah I have heard we are going for two assistants not heard any concrete names though only the obvious ones Hay and Chester.

if we are appointing another assistant then i would assume Andy Hay will be the man, he had been linked quited heavily in the rugby papers earlier this week and some Cas fans seem to think he his coming our way. |

Powell is far from clueless, he is by far the best Head Coach I have ever worked for.
I think the Leeds situation was unfortunate and is embarrassing for all involved but hardly fair to judge him on one season. (I know it is not you, I am talking about the general feeling given by Leeds fans).
There is no chance of him leaving Fev either. He is on more money than some SL coaches  |
