we cant drag first timers into a match versus Peacock and bailey etc, its a no contest and damaging to their development to get their s handed to them

Salary cap restraints and availability at this point in a season is always going to mean he will fill holes with stop gaps just to make up a squad when we have so many injuries

are we ever going to have a decent injury free run in any season

Peter Gentle is the coach, who's probably forgotten more about rugby league than you or nearly everybody on this board will ever know. If he believes he is the right person to come in, he must have a sound reason for it. Just as Liam Watts has certain stipulations in his contract about 'behaviour'' you don't think Mcgoldrick will? If Gentle is prepared to bin Ellis and O'Carroll mid season then I have no doubts, if Mcgoldrick is not upto scratch on and off the pitch he'll go the same way.
