Interesting points. here's my take on the areas you've mentioned:

Agar - not head coach material. Doesn't seem to have the personality or the man management skills to get the best out of a group of players. No matter who they are or who assembled them, there will always be difficult people to deal with and he doesn't seem able. A lack of continuity isn't a reason to keep an underperforming person IMO, it's a reason to go out and find the right person

tactics - terrible. From his apparant lack of a game plan, through us not particulary looking at oppostition plays, strengths and weaknesses to his interchange policy. Every facet of our tactical approach to games is flawed. This is a key area for any team who does not have the playing personnel to win games with their quality alone

Recruitment- the jury's out for me. he's re-signed cusack and radford who are both average workhorses and not what the team needs. lauaiki may be great for us or poor (if he ever gets here). Of the 3 new players coming in, 2 are well in their 30's and the other is a player who wasn't a regular in the leeds team last season. long may turn out to be a great signing but I don't believe he will reach the heights he has at saints. fitzgibbon isn't the type of player our forward pack is desperate for. We don't know who else is coming in or which OOC players are re-signing but I honestly don't see that the team will be transformed for 2010

board - we need to distinguish between the board and the shareholders. I don't have a problem with the shareholders. they have kept the club afloat and taken us to success on and off the field. i feel our main weakness is at CEO. rule is inexperienced and it shows. We have made some bad mistakes since he took over. I also don't know how much "power" he has and what decisions he can take himself. We need a more experienced person in the role IMO.

I don't know why people listen, we all know what sort of things will be said, Rule is hardly going to be controversial even if he agreed with the disgruntled fans.

I have not listened to one of his shows yet and have no intention of doing so.

A lot is said of FC as a business and how successful it has been. And this is true. So, rule is CEo of that business. Congrats on the success. So, you can replace the word fan up above with customer. We are all customers of the business he is CEO of. In which case, if a CEO wants to go public and speak to disgruntled customers, I for one think he needs to face up to some of the issues and give us straight answers and tell us what is what, and what is going to happen come what may. I would respect him a lot more if he came out and said Agar is coach for next season even if we lose every game between now and then. What Rule et al need to realise is that he is messing about his customers, some of which (unlike me) will not be a customer next season. As a CEO this is a severe business failure and he needs to wake up, be a little controversial if necessary and deal with the issues at hand.
