We have arguably the slowest 3/4 line in the league.

No goalkicker & a coach who can't see why we are losing close games.

The kicker and the coach I'll give you, but the three quarters are only slow because of injury/poor team selection. Get Crooks and Lineham back in there, and Arundel/Sa on the other side and it's a good back line.

spot on. rankin isn't too bad but miller is way below what we need. horne isn't perfect but he's much the best of the 3

We're poor out of acting half with houghton on the pitch - poor passing and slow distribution, we have a below average kicking game, no on field "general" and our last tackle options are dire. I also think some of the things radford addressed earlier in the season (dummy runners, support play etc.) have dropped back to our old standards/habits. Unless something changes quickly we'll finish outside the 8 this year. A good quality half back would make a massive difference to us. Look at rovers last night, burns is pretty average but was the difference between the teams.

Like I've said on a couple of other threads, Houghton's distribution really hurt us last night, which has a knock on effect on our kicking game and attack in general. Fwiw though Rovers kicking was awful too. Their short kicking was good, but 40/20 aside their long game was no better than ours.

that last tackle play after the shaul no try vr decision was an embarrassment and only the idiotic shoulder charge from burns saved it from getting the result it deserved. That was very poor from Miller he had about 5 mins to sort the play out as well.

After Caros knock on he was hardly troubled again, it was kicked down Cockaynes throat mostly..when Horney came on he put a few decent kicks in & spotted kr short on Gardners side..should have played instead of Miller.
