Cringe at what? Hull FC for failing to take any action against a fan who has been removed for racially abusing our best player( in my opinion) and our top scorer(fact) or me because I choose not to accept no action( not expecting a life ban for him)?

As we got back on the clubs official supporters coach after the game last Friday night we heard that someone had racially abused Kelly. As far as I'm aware it was going to be reported back as the person was on the coach irrc

I wouldn't expect you to hope for anything else. "A good kicking"?? how far would you like this "good kicking" to go? Near death or just an hospital/wheelchair case?

Oh the second one. Direct action is the only effective solution to such violently simple beings.

How do you know the incident isnt being dealt with?

How do you know what support FC are giving him? Does he need support? Did he hear it?

And they won't care squat, as I'm sure nor does Kelly, his importance to the team has no bearing on how offensive the remark allegedly made was. AP is busy running several businesses, if ALBERT has a complaint he can go through the correct channels. Glad to hear you're not wearing FC colours to our most important game of the season so far. I hope nobody trumps near you or has the audacity to maybe say a nasty word about SOMEONE ELSE. Righteous indignation is not good, the person (so I read) has apologised, that should be the end of it.

Racism is ok if if the offender apologises, it only effects the intended target, if he doesn't care no one else should, the chairman is to busy so off.

Not at all, racism isn't OK but alcohol makes people act very differently (as does frustration), it isn't in the place of an individual to complain on someone elses' behalf, I doubt very much Kelly a)heard it and b)gave a jot if he did.

It's a complete overreaction to an admittedly horrible incident, but a life ban and a "good kicking" is mob justice.

Maybe we should ban all players, officials etc. that have "previous"?

I never said it was OK, just letting people know the guy is horrified at what he said and is sorry. Part of my family are black and if one of them was on another planet due to drink and called me a white B****** I doubt I would want him to be kicked into a wheelchair.

If he was rubbish would it be less of an issue to you?

Nah, that was lynching black boys for smiling at white women or stealing a bird from the chicken coop.

As ever, it's opinions, my own view is its an overreaction to want the guy banned. Let's hope Kelly has a stormer again today and shuts any abusive fans up.

Stunned what I'm reading. If kelly played for Cas and was racially abused by a fan, I would want said fan banned. I don't think that's an over reaction.
