| I was close, but I just had the biggest smile on my face I think I've ever had. I couldn't quite believe what was going on and it was all a bit of a blur!

| I still keep filling up now. Will blub again when I watch it back later with a glass of expensive red wine.

| Held it together for abide with me but cried like a baby at the hooter. Never felt so much emotion at a game. Lady behind me holding up a photo of her late dad summed it up what yesterday meant to so many. Not just a game but the top item of bucket list ticked off.

| Oddly enough, no I didn't, although my mate blubbed like a good 'un throughout the whole of the presentation! At the end, I was simply ecstatic, alternating between jumping up and down like a maniac, falling to my knees in exhultation and hugging my mates.
Went through every single emotion imaginable during the course of the afternoon. From the depths of despair to the heights of pure joy. It was nerve-wracking to the extreme, but these are the days we live for.
In the aftermath of the following day, I'm still struggling to comprehend what happened yesterday. It simply hasn't sunk in what this marvellous team has given us.
What a game, what a day, what a moment, what an occasion it was. A memory to stay with us forever.

| Yes i did, plus not being able to watch the last 5-6 minutes, head in hands praying.
Did'nt see the Houghton tackle, will watch later.Did'nt hear the final hooter, only realised we had won after peeped through my fingers to see the players jumping on oneanother. We had only won it.The noise was deafening, the emotion was incredible, lots of kissing and hugging, truely amazing.
Took an old friend with us,been waiting over 80 years for that, tears streaming down his face.He said to me that his maker could take him now whenever he wanted.
It was'nt just a Wembley victory was it,for some it was a life time dream fulfiled.Looking around i realised i am one of many supporters of a truely unique club and so proud of being so.

| Not quite. Largely because I was simply too stunned I think. And dehydrated.
Plenty emotional though. What a game. What a result.

| Yes,but think I got away with it!
Realised before KO that this would be my old man's last final as his failing mobility and dementia kick in more and more. Thankfully he finally got to see us lift the cup at Wembley with a somewhat bewildered smile on his face. Couldn't help a tear or two rolling down my cheek. He had taken me to 5 finals since the 80's so nice to return the favour with a victory!

| As a neutral on the day 'Abide with Me' still got to me. Then at the end watching all the raw emotion amongst all the Hull fans was great and brought back memories. Although Wigan have won at Wembley many times the 1985 final was special for me because at 27 I had never seen Wigan win live at Wembley and my dad had died just before final and so I was robbed of the special moment to share it with him. I was full of raw emotion that day. Then I had to wait until 2011 before I could share a Wembley win with my son.
I was hoping Hull would win to break the long wait at Wembley. You have a good team and nobody can say you didn't deserve the CC after beating Catalan, Saints, Wigan and Warrington. It looked as though it was slipping away when Wire scored their second try but when Gidley missed the conversion I immediately thought 'wouldn't it be special if Hull could score twice to win 12-10'. What a finish!
