I'm normally fairly supportive of Yeamo but cant help thinking if he'd thrown an early ball to Briscoe he may have been able to muscle his way over. The sliding defence was there but you've got to give a winger a chance havent you?

Yeamo was probably still pi$$ed off that Briscoe scored our opener, playing like a proper centre

I saw it, same old Yeamo every match always backs himself rather than passing it, no wonder Tom goes walkabout probably hunting a pass from someone else. Try Tom in the centre and Yeamo at second row too greedy for centre but can sure tackle.

Unlike Hall & Briscoe, Yeaman is as much a centre as Keith Senior. Basically he's a bit faster than a 2nd row but not quite as strong. For far too long now the British game has been reliant on brute strangth in the centre positions, rather than skilful and intelligent play

Pass and Yeaman have never been mentioned in the same sentence.....except if its preceded by 'should have'

Didn't think the pass was the right option. There was plenty of cover sliding across and it would've only been poor defence that let Briscoe score. The most likely outcome would've been him getting forced into touch and we'd have turned the ball over early in the tackle count.

Yeaman and the term passing do not go into the same sentence.. it annoys the crape out of me when those with yeaman specs go on about his as a super centre because quite simply he is not!!
He produces the odd big smash that gets everyone going but regularly is left way out of position when doing so which usually results in another try against!!
The one time he did pass recently you may recal he threw the ball 2 yards behind his winger and into touch ...
The guy is very average at best but agree with the comment that maybe he should be placed on the wing then he does not have to pass!!

As for Hall well tackling boot camp is a must , you know if he was as prolific with ball in hand as lets say Offiah or similar big try scorers I would excuse the bad tackling but he isnt a huge try scorer, this kid is no colin best for sure... cant believe he has progressed this far with such poor tackling because you can spin it which ever way you want this kid cant tackle !!!

Briscoe is 10 times the prospect that Hall is but again needs a tackle and catch boot camp as previously noted!!
