| Colin Best scored some blinding tries while he was here, some magnificent individual efforts, like his second against London Broncos (after he had scored 90mt effort for his first ) in the 20 all draw darn south.
He was also on the end of some brilliant team scores being outside Barnett, like the one he scored down the east stand side at the KC after fantastic work by Barnett, still having to go outside the Broncos winger/fullback (can't remember which ) and showed blistering pace.
That Horney one against Wigan was one to remember as the crowd was very disappointing that night and was thinking all those that had give it a miss cos it was on telly, would have regretted not being there. Mind you its a good job there was a small crowd cos of all the jumping about I did .

| Most memorable for me was Motu's try at Cardiff, right in the corner I was sat in. I'm not sure if it was the booze or the occasion, but the quality of the try didn't dawn on me until I watched it back a few times. The skill level, quick thinking, bravery and audacity to score that were top class.
Blacklock's try away at Leeds in 2006 was good too, we absolutely hammered them that game.

| Quote: downtheante "It has to be Cooke at Cardiff. Sitting in our own 20 mtr (as I remember it) with very few minutes remaining - I had my head in my hands knowing that we didn't have enough time to score against Leeds. Suddenly, we're up at the other end, McMenemy's neat kick is fumbled (by Calderwood?) and we have the ball near their try-line with six to go. Soon after, in front of the Leeds posts, Horne switches the direction of play for no particular reason, Cooke spots the chubby lad in front of him in the line and does him to go over the try line, hand raised triumphantly as he goes behind the posts and drops on the ground. Everyone around us is cheering like crazy people until someone says "he hasn't kicked it yet!" Then thousands of pants are pooed simultaneously before Brough kicks the most important conversion of his career to date. Then I think we all stayed behind after the whistle for what seemed like an hour. As we left the stadium and walked past the bars full of Leeds supporters they all applauded us. We had a great night out in Cardiff that night mingling with supporters from all clubs but specifically FC and Leeds - what a memory. That's why it's Cooke's try for me!'"
agree with that

| Best scored some corkers in his time and the two at London away when we drew were absolute blinders.
Cookes try in the ccf in 05 had the best feeling to it.
Prescott against saints out running Albert.
Blacklock against Leeds away a few years ago.
S.Briscoe against Bradford away scored 4 i think.
Was G.Mackays full lengther against salford away in the noughties or nineties
