If Briscoe is a certainty to start, then I would imagine he will fill in at centre along with Yeaman, with Raynor n Calderwood on the wings. If that is the case, then I can see Craig Hall being dropped because it wouldnt make much sense having him on the bench at the expense of a forward, given the size of Catalans pack.

I also can't see Agar going with just 1 hooker for the enitre game, so I'd imagine Tommy Lee will be in there, meaning no place for G.Horne.

If he puts Whiting at full back and Tansey at 6 its even worse . Tansey is a natural full back , whiting isn't but whiting was a 6/7 before joining us and has only played full back at junior level.

True. If Briscoe was coming in for a player who hasn't been performing - and there's plenty of scope there - it would be understandable. But to drop Calderwood is utter madness. I refuse to accept that he would do something so breathtakingly stupid.

For the love of God do not move Hall from centre ever again. He is awful in any position other than centre, and the Hall lovers will not let you criticise him when he's had a shocker because it's "not his position".

Hall should not be moved or dropped. He's playing well in centre at the moment. If they do move him, it's awful man-management.
Yeaman and Briscoe or basically fighting for the other centre position in my eyes, as neither played last game. Briscoe hasn't played in a while, I'd be tempted to start him on the bench.

Whiting should definitely be put at 6 IMO. But I bet they don't.

If craig hall is dropped I can only conclude he's been banging agar's wife and may as well pack his bags now. If agar wants to bring briscoe straight in then he should move hall to stand off and give him a go there. I doubt washbrook will travel anyway but if he does he should play loose forward.

And why is g horne in the squad given his defensive errors against hudds?
