Me and the boy are season ticket holders but doubt we'll be there next week. Waiting for the , " We muscled up second up second half, effort was fantastic, need a bounce" tee that we get week in week out. We were stuffed by a very average Wakefield. The players individually are far too good to be where they are, whether they don't give a fuuuck or the coaching is the reason I don't know. But let's start with the coaching. Never played top level, never coached top level, but let's employ him on the cheap anyway. Squad wise, let's coach all the natural talent out of Hall, Lee ect. Briscoe and Houghton will be next. Let us allow half the team to get assholed most downtime, if they aren't hooled let's go in bookies and blow it all in an afternoon. Rotten to the core, only 6 or 7 need retaining. Can see Tickle and King in Charleston now. Sad indictment of our once grwat club.'"
Oh sorry, but without us there would be no forum

You did great getting rid of Kear - the only coach to bring silverware to your club in the last 10 years- oh and off loading Danny Brough too - another genius move! How big is the hole you have shot in your foot? -

Not being funny but the cup win merely papered over some very large cracks. As for brough, hes an average player, better than what we have at the moment, but still average. The depressing thing is that you didnt have to work to beat us tonight, even in the second half it was like you had another gear to move up. Id take Brad Drew off your hands, a very clever player.

Wouldnt mind papering over our cracks with a challange cup win against a very good Leeds side. As for what you say re Danny Brough - maybe he has improved since he left you because for us he is consistently brilliant.
As for your dilema - i have to say that you are underperforming- is the desire there?

Our league form was fairly awful under kear. Very inconsistent. Id say that brough has improved ten fold since his time with us and I think I was being a little harsh. Im just upset, didnt mean to offend.
I think hulls problem is from the top down. The players clearly dont want to play for agar, and if I was being sent out without a game plan consisting of 5 drives and a kick, neither would I. The annoying thing is that in the second half we created the opportunities to get ourselves back into the game simply by passing past the first reciever. Its not rocket science. As it is we simply either drop players off back into the ruck area where the markers are waiting, or the first reciever simply chooses to run back at them of his own accord. When we move the ball we dont look a bad side.
I know we have injuries and the Crocker and Lauaki situation hasnt helped us, but the simple fact is that motivation is the minimum you should expect from a coach and we seem to lack any urgency what so ever. What should have been a team to kick on in 2006 has been simply decimated because of the lack of appointment of a world class coach, or at least one with a clue of what he is doing.
I've seen Hull go through some absolutely horrendous times, and as a supporter who holds the club close to my heart, Ive felt very very low on occasions, but this is the worst I have ever felt as a supporter of this. Three years ago we were so so close to being consistent contenders, doing doubles over Leeds and bradford and winning in classic encounters at Knowsley Road. We had cracked the big 4 and made it a big five and all this with a squad of mainly home grown youngsters. We found ways to win games that we simply shouldnt have won. That is only 3 years ago. What the hell has happened.
Its not that weve lost tonight that hurts, its the fact that the players (or at least some of them) just didnt seem bothered. This is my club, if you dont want to represent them then f**k off, there are young kids in the acadamy who would kill their own mothers to walk out at the KC.
All the hard work to get into a position to challenge has been thrown away and it will be years before we ever get anywhere near again.

kear is an average coach who can motivate a team of underdogs to the odd excellent performance.
I know he saved you from certain relegation in his first year with you but:
how many times have you finished in the play offs with him as coach
how many games had you won in the last 6 with him as coach
how is the player's discipline off the field?

The current situation is pretty much the same as when Brian Smith left. We put Noel Cleal in charge, no doubt on the cheap. He took us from so far backwards in a short space of time it was untrue, the damage wrecked the club for years. This is why Agar must go now, the longer he stays the longer it's going to take to repair the damage.

| Time for the board to act, and act now
It's clearly obvious that Agar is out of his depth, the club is a sham
The team and players haven't improved 1 bit under his stewardship in over a season
He has so many faults as a coach i just don't understand how he is still in the job
10 defeats in 12 says it all tbh, and it could so easily have been 12 from 12 with 2 lucky wins against salford and castleford
We have no structure, no plan B,no defensive line speed, ptb too slow, players played out of postions,no aggression,no set moves etc
His man management his poor Craig Hall prime example the kid hung out to dry instead of working with him to get his confidence back he has just turned his back on the kid which is totally out of order
Im sick of hearing all the injury talk it doesn't wash with me, start of the season we heard everything has been looked at and no stone unturned in preparation for forthcoming season well he must be looking at different squad to me
Our fitness is poor maybe this has something to do with the injurys we keep getting
We need to get a new coach who can bring his players in ready for the 2010 season we cannot have another season like this if agar stays and we start next season like this that will be another season written off
2010 is now a massive season for the club and we have to get things right starting with the backroom staff, if not fans will start voting with there feet as every seasson we start with massive expectation ytet seem to have yet another false dawn thrust upon us and met with Rules spin trying to pull the wool over our eyes
Hull Fc is a massive club with a massive fan base who many will support there club through thick and thin and many have seen a lot worse granted myself included, however the time has come for the club to get things right off the pitch and shell some money on a 1st class coach not the cheap option all the time
Speculate to acculamate, look at what Tony Smith has done at warrington with the same set of players that Lowes had attention to detail is everything something i don't beleive agar has
We deserve better and i for don't want to have another season like this next year so go get the best man for the job even if he's under contract get the money out and go deliver Brian Smith, Des Hasler,Tim Sheens coaches of that calibre all the teams at the top end of the table and winning trophys are coached by overseas coaches we need to go get the best simple
So come on Rule, kath grow some balls admit you got it wrong an do something about it
