Why would anyone be expected to ask a player for his autograph when said player had seen yellow and then seen red, I doubt Long would have responded well to the request.

Where does he say "just after the match"? Some autograph hunters wait quite some time after the final whistle.

It might have been his wife. Didn't realise he was married she looked a lot younger than him though.

If I was a professional RL player for 10+ years I'd expect my wife to look younger than me, even if she was ten years older!

I think you have probably made that up for some strange reason but i for one arnt the type to go asking for autographs or conversation if i see players out and about...doesnt mean i think there 'nothing' or crap players or what ever your getting at??
