Dowes would be the one of those four that I'd keep if only three were to go but, for me, he doesn't offer anything but effort.

He is not big enough, not aggressive enough and has no go-forward. He does his best and gives 100% but just not good enough for me.

Do we want to be a top 3 club, could have fooled me by signing over the hill players!

Radford, King, Dowes, Tickle, Thackray, G Horne, Thorman, Motu, Lee.

If none of those are in our starting 17 next season, we will probably have a squad that can make the top three.

Best add Thorman to that list, just in case anyne has a brain fart!

The players we have signed are perfect to attain the balance of the squad for me. FItz and Long are exactly what weve been missing. We have the youth coming through but then not the senior players currently to attain the right balance of experience and youthful enthusiasm etc.

You have to get the balance right, and I wouldn't describe any of our signings as 'over the hill' TBH.

The problem is that due to poor recruitment and retention we have an awful lot of things that need fixing. You can't do that all in one season, and IMO we've at least started in the right place and with the right types of players.

Now we just need a decent coach.

Lee is the only one i'd keep.

Would let Hall have a go in his natural posistion.

I would be happy to see Hall as one of our back-up 3/4 players but not 1st choice centre. We absolutely definitely need a quality right centre.

2 years of a quality centre to play understudy to and we could see Hall and Briscoe both turn into very good centres.

He will go forward alot more next year with the likes of O'meley and Lauaki in the ranks. The same with Cusak
