Bet the miss tackle count is massive, can't make that many mistakes and silly errors against a near full strength Wigan side.
They have Leeming and Thompson to bring on, when we have the likes of Laidlaw.
Wow?..he may not be the best but he is there so try backing the kid eh What are you talking about? No insult to Laidaw, but shows the difference in terms of the 17"s. No crap Sherlock?.you have questioned both Laidlaws and Gardiners ability in the past?hows Hookem getting on??.Thompson back after injury boosted their bench and ours is what it is due to injuries You are an angry man, Is it your mission to argue with every poster on here? Try and get to a game mate, take some of that anger out instead of posting from your living room. Those two like Hookem (only wanted to see him get a chance, never said he was a superstar or anything) aren't good enough, I've not seen anything from either to suggest they will make super league players. But again that wasn't the point I was trying to make. I was at the game ?mate? and I post my feelings and I?m a bit cheesed off as think we have gone backwards a bit after that performance.Thats it with this board?.some think they are all knowing and in the clique and others bully others but nowt done.

never gave ourselves a chance in the first half, gift a try, get one back, gift another, get level again, gift another 3rd try and that was it, too many errors from players, not just the younger lads either....no second row starting to tell, if we have cap space why not offer York a fee and get Bailey early?
That?s how I saw it?.senior players went missing a bit.

| Really disappointing performance. I wasn't expecting a win but was hoping we'd make a game of it. At least we won't have to play them again - unless we have a heroic run to the play offs.
Crazy that we now regularly have games lasting two hours.

We still have to play them away in the league.First game was a loop fixture so we play them 3 times in the league and then we obviously had the cup game thrown in too.

| We were our own worst enemy at times but can?t fault the effort Weak team we had out didn?t help. Wigan had extras gears to go up when they needed. Ese didn?t look too good and think knight may just with collective points cop a ban. Briscoe was outstanding. Agree with earlier post Ashworth and Cust had subdued games. Tbf we?ve played the best 2 teams a total of 4 times now. The rest are more than beatable.

| Disappointing afternoon and performance. We've had a run of very tough fixtures in recent weeks and we've been playing at full capacity at times. Today looked like a game too far for us, both collectively and individually.
Defensively, we made far too many errors and misreads which will always be punished against high-class opposition and so it proved. You cannot give that level of opportunity when playing a champion side and expect to get away with it. In attack, we simply struggled to gain any decent territory in order to put them under sustained pressure and we didn't ask enough questions of their very well marshalled defence.
Bit of a flat afternoon all round really. Don't think too many would be surprised at the score, but the performance was arguably our worst all season, on a par with the Cup defeat to rovers.
Think we have to view afternoons like this within the overall context of the whole season. We're fourth after nine games, after a tough opening third to the year. The only teams we've lost to so far are the two acknowledged best sides in SL and overall we have made massive strides, beyond any of our pre-season expectations, in a short space of time.
Starting next weekend, the fixture list begins to even itself out, we'll be facing the teams more on a par with ourselves. Hopefully JC will dust down his troops, pick them up and we go again next Sunday against Huddersfield. We're still way ahead of schedule, even if this sunny Sunday afternoon didn't quite turn out as we all hoped for. Onwards and upwards we go.

| Well beaten but it really does puzzle me some of the 6 agains wigan were awarded. They lay on as much as kr do for that fraction of a second longer , yet don?t get penalised. Ref is obviously nearer to the players so can perhaps see things we can?t see from the stand.
biggest gripe is the 2 hour games. 5 min video ref review on Miski try followed by 2 min goal kick by keighran.
