Not a bad team in the circumstances. I'd go Simm over shaul. Bit more height and bigger. Griffin over long staff. Again bit more size. Heard he was I'll before last game. Mind you he played like it. Not confident but hopeful. As always will be shouting the lads on.

I'd drop Shaul after the Leeds game.

If Manu IS fit or we could've got Sutcliffe in I'd drop Houghton and go with Lovodua and Balmforth at 9.

Cant see Balmforth in the 17 as he played last night for some reason
Dont understand that call by Hodgson as Balmforth seems to be the one of all our younger players who actually looks ready for first team football and the position where we really do need some zip and fresh legs.
Looks to me then that we will actually see Lovodua interchange with Houghton at 9 as Hodgson surely cant play Houghton again for 80 minutes.

Unfortunately running out of props or I'd drop Taylor. 2 drives against Leeds is a disgrace. Wonder if the 'he's one of our own' chants has given him an air of invincibility. He made it clear at Bev RL last year how much he hates Hodgson
