The empty stand looked decent, forgot how small your pitch is though.

Better ground than Cas or Wakey now IMO. Not a big fan of the old terracing but the stand behind the sticks at the other end is very tidy. Hope you get promotion.

| Just got home from Fev and today was like you've all said, embarrassing. Fev started quickly and dominated the game from minute one. Our forward pack was absolutely non-existant. Very worrying times ahead for me.

| Good preparation for 2015.
Important to know first hand the teams we'll be playing.

| Just got back in myself and I'm disappointed for RW more than anything else. I expected more first choice players to be playing and to play the game with no recognised hooker was just plain daft.
I'm glad I went and supported the Whiting testimonial but apart from that I'm left massively disappointed. I just don't get the point of playing these games if they're not to be used for honing the play of the first team - at least part of the game.

| Very disappointing, particularly for Rich Whiting who will only ever get 1 testimonial and it had to be that.
Worry for me is that a lot of those forwards who played in the 1st half will be playing plenty of SL games this season and they got completely dominated by the fev pack. fev were quicker, fitter, stronger and better coached than we were. It was hopeless. I've said from the start that radford is a poor appointment and I now worry that we'll end up being dragged into a relegation battle this season. Top 4 is miles off

| the person i feel sorry for is Richard himself from having to play his testermonial game away. then watching his so called team mates play(if you can call it that) like that must be so embarrassing in front of his family, friends and supporters.
He deserved so much better.

| How did Writing go today? Seen a lot of people saying how disappointed they are for him but no mention of how he played. Was he any better then the rest of the team?

| Friendly or otherwise, be it first team or juniors, conceding 50 points plus again isn't good enough for Hull FC. It clearly meant the world to Fev and good luck to them for that but our lot let themselves and worse still RW down today with that. Some of these younger forwards seem a bit soft to me.

Tried hard for 50 mins but we didn't have a hooker and the props were awful.

green and bowden aren't SL standard IMO yet if we go with 5 props (if we had 5 fit), they'll both be playing every week. Front row is a big problem for us

Shame we didn't try and get Carvell when Bradford were wobbling.

Spot on. I'll give them a miss next year I reckon.
If we don't want injuries, dont play until the season starts. If we do want to be up and running at day 1, play games so that the players who will be starting can get some practice together, hone the combinations etc. Paea, Feka and Houghton have had about 40 minutes each so far. We're going into the season seriously underdone. Again.
