If we have signed him there is no good reason not to announce it. Our season and Rovers' season are over.

It could be the player has asked not to be announced until November but whatever the reason even If we haven't announced anymore signings come November I wouldn't be suprised to see the squad alter slightly throughout the season. Maybe not on the scale of this season but if the right player became available AP and PG would pursue it I'm sure.
