Yes it does - you just have to follow the link to the blog.

It takes official data from the Team GB athlete profiles and plots birthplace by preference. If the athlete's birthplace is outside the scope of the map (mainland Britain) it plots current residence.

It was nice to see that my old hometown of Harlow has contributed two golds and a bronze. I'm sure that puts it above some country or other but TBH who cares? It's British achievement.
