Three of these are really second rows and Moa and Dowes are not the biggest,
I can see a few teams bullying us here this season and O'Meley having to do too much and burning himself out.

Probably thinks that with the likes of an injured Radford and Dowes in front of him in the pecking order he does stand a chance of the odd run out, hell i might get my boots out again

If we want to compete with the big boys,we need to get two props not one.

Moa is on par with Feka and they don't come much bigger than that! it's not the pack that worries me; it's the hooker/half back cover. one good addition would take alot of pressure off in that area. i'm hoping reece lyne is ready for more game time because we'll most certainly need him in event of injury

Fully agee with you about the hooker and half cover. I'm really unsure Washy can play at 9 to the required standard. His ball distribution is painfully slow at the best of times, and playing at 9 will only highlight this imo.

No they are not, simple as, that was my point, too much on O'Meleys shoulders for me,

understatement of the year so far, cmon east hull is quite right weight is not something we have an issue with and there is plently of grunt and impact off the bench in our forwards that is for sure!!
In fact given a cross the board view of the whole pack we have and reps I would say that all but three clubs would give their right arm to have our grunters.
The issue we have is simple,some of our reps in backs are a little inexperienced however you do not learn unless you get to play and guys like pearce etc will get a run out this year thats for sure.
and to say Moa, Fitz, Omeley, Radford, Pearce, Manu , Ticks, Hame and others is a light pack is well silly in my opinion

Many have missed the fact that having minimal disruption in the squad will be a godsend this year and will i am sure bare fruits for the fans as well, and one or two clubs we struggled against last year for no reason will meet a totally different FC this time around.... I for one cant wait for kick off

Every team in Super league have grafters and tackle busters , in the grafting dept both are more than able and have never let us down !!, in the ideal world we would like to have 8 Gb and Oz internationals to choose from on rotation however the real world is all SL teams have grafters too

so are we now saying that Fitz and Moa dont grunt enough for the team as well

Packs are about having the right balance between impact and workhorses, I think we have that. What we lack is some cover in the backs and some cover for 6/7/9 with this being the most important.
