So we're spending the right amount of money on the right quality of player but they're in the wrong positions? Are you helping agar put together his powerpoint pres for the next forum?

The only comments made on squad balance were by Agar and Rule when they talked about how the money was spent. They claimed that we used to spread the cap out among too many average players, and from now on we were going to have a smaller squad and spend more cash on a smaller number of better players. Nothing was said about the balance of the side in terms of which positions we had too much or too little representation in the squad or anything similar AFAIK.

The squad is clearly unbalanced, and TBF was always going to be given the number of players who needed (and still need) to be replaced. Even with a competent coach it would have taken a couple of seasons' work in the transfer market to sort it out.

Its depressing knowing nothing will be done and were stuck with him in charge .We could have had forty past us if harlequins held on to it ,the only game we have played well for 80 mins with good rugby was saints that was probably down to longy

Just for once I'd like to hear Agar say that the performances are simply not good enough for a club like Hull FC and they all need to have a serious look in the mirror. Instead of the usual drivel and drone at least then I could maybe accept he has some emotion and gives a toss about things.
