Halfbacks playing at the line - wow just imagine what a top half could do who does that for his living - it really does make a big difference. Seems to be yet more evidence elsewhere today of what happens when leaders (halves) are removed from a team. Well done Lynchy on coming back in you were badly missed on Friday. And well done to the coach for bringing in yet another youngster to debut in the first team - right call to do it today and not on Friday. Have to put right the last home display on Sunday now.

Needed the two points desperately and feared the worst when went 10-0 down . Think it shows when you play players in proper positions it pays dividends . Was very impressed with Shaul in pre-season and know speaking to his family he's being desperate for his chance last few weeks since Mcdonnell injured.

Only been back in training after injury for a week so even more impressive.

Thought the worst after the start we had (I clearly wasn't the only one!) but then they redeemed themselves and Shaul looked hungry and not out of his depth. Wakey aren't too bad at home either (but still not a Wigan/Warrington of course) - very strange Jekyll/Hyde weekend!

What was that random segregation thing? Waited 15 minutes for a tea at half time, queue barely moved. Poor view on the side with a decent crowd too.

The time waiting to get served was comforting, made me feel at home lol

we took my 6yr old nephew and made sure he stood near the wall so nobody would stand his way, yet we all couldnt see anything on the wing closest to our side as all the wakefield trainers/players/coaches stood in our view!

before anybody says we should've moved, where else in the ground were hull fans aloud?

as for the game, first 10 minutes feared the worst but after shauls brilliant try it seemed to lift the team and we were more than worthy winners!

Great debut by Shaul took his tries well the first one he showed a real turn of pace! Horne mom for me though, he fully controlled the game.

Shocking start to the game, deserved to be 10-0 down. Slowly came back into it, cracking try by Shaul, great step and electric pace. Second half Horne and Azza controlled the game really well, kicked well too. Defence was good, Tim Smith through all sorts at us. Last 15 mins confidence was there and we opened up.

Still a lot to do but nice to get a win away at a full strength Wakey.
