ok then :- Agar - Should go but when you consider that we havent really had continuity in that role for some time I'm to give him chance with his own squad, but things need to be drastic for the start of next season

Tactics - strange, but given our lack of power, playing an extra big guy at LF makes a little sense. Although given our lack of creativity from the halves policy should of changed.

Recruitment - Shoddy in the past, agar has made 3 good signings for next year, plus the retention of, Burnett, briscoe and washy makes me think agar could be good at this.

Board - Need to realize they've took the club as far as they can.
