Yes if we become more consistent we should win more games. Personally I don't think Radford will have a league placing as a target from AP. He will want top 8 yes and probably would not want lower than 6th but, I think it's more about the style of play improving and AP and the fans seeing genuine improvement of the way we play and establishing an identity.

A new coach should always get one year free so i'd say Radford has a minimum of two years. Gentle has gone and it was a touch harsh when you look at league placings. However, we've been largely awful this year and Wembley and only Wembley has kept the fans interested.

Gentle couldn't improve us with the ball and that's why he has been sacked, his friendship with Bomber didn't help as his recruitment record was poor.

Radford gets the same level of support PG did from me. I gave PG two years even though I had my doubts about him. I have more confidence in Radford tbh.

To be honest, I couldn't really say where I expect us to/think we'll end up. Like various others, I want to see a level of consistency that stems from the players giving their all week-in, week-out. I'm fed up through the past 5/6 years of walking away from games complaining that we had hadn't given it our all. That's not what our great jersey is about.

I want the players to put as much effort into games as I did in getting to Perpignan twice, simple as that.

One example is the Hudds play-off game, around 1000 fans made the effort to get there, shame the team never.

Think there was a lot more to that result than just the "effort" from the players.

Other than the opposition there wasn't. There may have been factors behind the amount of effort they fely they wanted to put in but it was down to players not giving 100% on the night

What about consciously lacking the will to make the effort?

Surely that's a factor behind the lack of effort like I said?

Players giving nothing but a 100%,when they wear our shirt, always play with pride and passion.And if they do that and get beat ill be happy,as long as they don't just roll over and have there bellys tickled as they have done on occasion this year.
