Well, he looked safe as house under the high kick today! Didn't look like dropping one. Ran the ball in strong and was left stranded a couple of times.
He's been pretty ordinary this year but today he was fine and he's still our top try scorer.

Gotta agree i thought Briscoe was very good under the high ball today.

As was Tansey, especially the one in the first half when he covered 30 metres and caught the ball at arms full length.

Must admit I didn't think it was fair to single him out. Looked pretty solid under the high ball today also IMO. Having listened on the way home to the "highlights" of RH's coverage of the Rovers game, the accuracy of their assessments leaves plenty to be desired. Lloyd's blinkered commentary on Cockayne's dismissal was hilarious.
