Hodgson needs to go really, otherwise like you say 2023 will be more of the same, then 2024/2025 becomes "rebuilding after Hodgson and wait till the new coach gets his own team" seasons

Can't see any possible way he can keep his job. 2 awful seasons and the last 2 months has been by far the worst I've ever seen us in my time watching. Regardless of how many injuries we've had, it's still been inexcusable.

Terrible terrible. I know Hodgson shares the blame but some if not most of the players where awful. I could coach this lot and they should be able to catch and pass and tackle. No pride or effort today. That should be given and the rot at this club goes deeper than Hodgson. If he's here or not other things need changing

They deserve to milk thos result as much as possible, both sides have has poor seasons, but at least they have some reasons to be optimistic with a new coach coming in.

The buck stops with the coach and he is clearly unable to Coach as after 2 seasons with full cap that is the level of performance we have come to expect.
Unless Pearson fires humans brings in an experienced head coach then there will be very few attending next season which will be a bigger financial hit the sacking Hodgson.
Todays performance for me sums up life under Hodgson who is just too soft and nice to do what is needed. Next season will be no different and likely even worse.

In his whole time here, I don't feel Hodgson has built a rapport with the fans. I've never really taken to him, he seems so withdrawn and hard to speak to.
