Got to be careful that we don't upset the more professional culture the club has gained though. Getting the 'old gang' back together from the years where we under performed isn't always a good idea. Also worth noting Warrington kept loaning him out due to his weight and off field issues when he joined them, tho he does seem to have now settled in to a regular first team place and looks fitter. |

Kenny Edwards has gone to Catalans. Hull KR and Salford were in for him too but missed out. Good player, but with Rovers' "best ever culture" I'm a bit surprised they considered he'd be a good fit.

Yes if you are signing someone who is new to the sport or who hasn't played the sport for 5 years you get some of the salary off the cap. Can't remember if it's 50% or 25%. Think the 50% might just be for total newcomers. |

Mark Kheirallah of Toulouse has been attracting a lot of plaudits this weekend - didn't see the game but could be a SL target. 91 tries in 119 games is a decent return. |
